We are in the process of consolidating market data and evaluating all potentials for our land. We aim to be part of Singapore’s rising industrial economy; be it within the IT, F&B or any other sector.

shernyang
TCB’S next iconic development will be on Shernyang. A small plot but with huge potential, given that it’s already sitting along the Orchard stretch.
The designs are out and our architects finalising the specs. A very exciting project indeed.

stevens road
To potentially be the pioneers of a full facility retirement village, the first of its kind here in Singapore. Where the needs of an aging population can be met with lifestyle living and an environment to support the needs and requirements of retirees. Our idea is to rebuild on Stevens road, where the vast land area and location is an ideal setting for such an establishment.
With ideas from Europe and the US, TCB is already moving with this long term project. Meetings overseas with similar settlements have transpired & information is being obtained.
Once completed, this will be yet another milestone for TCB.
